Facilities at the Railway…
Car Parking
Car parking at the railway is free of charge. The car park
can get muddy at certain times of the year. Please ask a member of staff if
you have difficulty.
Ticket Office
The ticket
office is located next to the main platforms at Hardwick Central Station. The
building is ex-Ravenscourt Park on the London Transport District Line. As
well as tickets, the office stocks a few souvenirs such as postcards, books
and videos.
When
purchasing tickets it’s a good idea to ask for the best combination to suite
your needs. Most people opt for a “double” ticket. This allows you to have
two rides as we normally offer two routes (the red route and the green
route). You will see there are two queues . One marked red and one marked
green. If you have time we recommend you purchase a double ticket and have
two rides. You will need to queue again for the second ride.
In addition
you can purchase family-of-four tickets (2 adults and 2 children) for single or double set of rides.
Double ride
and family of four tickets always work out cheaper than buying single
tickets.

Photography
Special
arrangements for photographers can occasionally be made. Whilst photography
from stations and train is permitted, walking around the track is strictly
prohibited unless authorised in advance.

are parties can normally be catered for especially outside of the normal
operating times (14:00hrs – 17:30 hrs). There is limited coach parking in our

Tea Bar
We are delighted the famous Loseley Bakery have agreed to run
the Tea Bar again this year. They will be offering fresh coffees and teas,
hot Cornish pasties and sausage rolls and freshly baked cakes together with
Loseley Ice Creams. Also, soft drinks, confectionary etc.
Toilets
Toilets are
available in the main station area close to the ticket office and main
queuing area.
First Aid
Some first
aid facilities are available on site. Please ask a member of the staff at
Hardwick Central station
